Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and innovative Digital eCommerce Leader to drive the growth and performance of our online business. This role is responsible for leading the digital commerce strategy, meeting our financial targets, optimizing the customer journey, and delivering a seamless and engaging online shopping experience across all digital touchpoints. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap as well as planning and managing products and features through the development process internally, and in conjunction with third-party partners. This role manages enhancement backlogs while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers, stakeholders and partners. The individual in this role identifies and manages initiatives with a high level of autonomy. He/she manages multiple product designs at any given time while partnering closely with the business to understand pain points, product, sales and usage analytics and the go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with business goals. β€’ Develops and manages the product roadmap, demonstrating expertise at the product group level, building partnerships with relevant stakeholder teams, and making trade-off decisions for multiple products in a product group β€’ Lead cross-functional teams including digital marketing, UX/UI, merchandising, and IT to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. β€’ Identify and implement new digital technologies and platforms to enhance performance and scalability. Digital Sales & Performance β€’ Own the P&L for the eCommerce channel, driving revenue growth, site traffic, average order value, conversion rates, and customer retention. β€’ Analyze KPIs and customer data to inform decisions and optimize performance. β€’ Design and manage digital merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Customer Experience & Journey β€’ Champion a customer-first mindset by continuously improving the online shopping experience. β€’ Evaluate and identify opportunities to improve and optimize UX/UI design, site navigation, and mobile experience. β€’ Identify personalization strategies to increase engagement and loyalty. Marketing & Acquisition β€’ Collaborate with digital marketing teams to drive traffic through SEO, SEM, email, social media, and affiliate marketing. β€’ Leads large, highly complex omnichannel product launches by working with relevant stakeholders to develop launch and go-to-market plans, reviewing and resolving issues and blockers in partnership with team members that may delay the launch or impede the success of product(s) β€’ Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and re-engage customers. β€’ Design promotional strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition, traffic, conversion, average order value, revenue and customer retention. Technology & Operations β€’ Leads the product planning process by overseeing the development of requirements documents (user stories with acceptance criteria, use cases) for products or product releases; working closely with UX and Development teams to oversee the design of the user experience across the product group; monitoring release goals, prioritization, implementation, and iteration plans for a product group; and resolving problems that are escalated β€’ Partner with IT and third-party vendors to ensure platform stability, security, and innovation. β€’ Participates in the development process by reviewing demos with the engineering team and validating acceptance criteria for all products; and reviewing the development work and resolving escalated issues and bugs at a product group level β€’ Oversee eCommerce platform management (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). β€’ Ensure accuracy and site performance across product data, inventory, pricing, logistics, and customer communications. Supply Chain β€’ Collaborates with supply chain to build scalable and efficient B2C and B2B fulfillment capabilities that support growth and customer expectations. β€’ Partners with inventory planning teams to optimize stock availability across the distribution network. β€’ Develop and continuously improves last-mile delivery strategies, balancing speed, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction. β€’ Defines requirements and partners with logistics teams to support real-time inventory visibility and accurate order tracking across all digital platforms. β€’ Designs and implements a customer-friendly returns and reverse logistics process that minimizes operational friction and enhances brand loyalty. β€’ Leverages customer behavior and demand data to support proactive demand forecasting and agile inventory replenishment. Minimum Qualifications Skills We Are Seeking β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred). β€’ 7+ years of experience in digital commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. β€’ Proven track record of growing eCommerce revenue and improving digital KPIs. β€’ Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, UX, and eCommerce platforms. β€’ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. β€’ Experience with data-driven decision-making. β€’ Wholesale distribution experience. β€’ Experience in B2C, B2B, and DTC eCommerce environments. β€’ Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Commerce, Klaviyo, and Shopify. β€’ Knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies and digital transformation. β€’ Entrepreneurial spirit. β€’ Experience being part of a forward-thinking, innovative team shaping the future of digital commerce.
