Role description
We are working with an established and much-loved restaurant brand based in London, known for its warm hospitality and guest experiences. As the business continues to grow, we’re helping them find a Senior Digital Experience Manager to lead the evolution of their digital platforms and drive meaningful guest engagement online. This role is all about shaping exceptional digital journeys. From booking a table or ordering delivery, to browsing a curated online store, you’ll make every digital touchpoint as seamless and joyful as the in-person experience. The brand places high value on thoughtful detail and hospitality, something you'll be helping bring to life across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead the development and optimisation of digital channels including booking, ecommerce, and delivery platforms β€’ Create initiatives that increase guest conversion, average spend, and repeat engagement β€’ Work with the brand and content teams to ensure all digital campaigns are creatively aligned and compelling β€’ Help translate the in-store hospitality into rich, memorable online experiences β€’ Own and evolve the roadmap for websites and booking systems β€’ Lead end-to-end digital platform improvements, including new features, integrations and UX enhancements β€’ Manage agency relationships and internal development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery β€’ Act as a strategic lead for the brand’s online store and delivery proposition β€’ Shape product positioning, merchandising and digital marketing to drive commercial growth β€’ Collaborate with Operations and Brand teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and an exceptional customer journey β€’ Build clear, actionable dashboards and use data to inform decision-making β€’ Lead experimentation and optimisation across digital channels β€’ Explore the use of AI-powered tools for reporting, personalisation and operational efficiency β€’ Support and mentor a small digital performance team, encouraging a test-and-learn culture What We’re Looking For: β€’ 5+ years’ experience in digital performance, ecommerce or growth roles ideally within hospitality, retail or consumer lifestyle brands β€’ A hands-on leader who combines strong commercial instincts with creative problem-solving β€’ Experience managing website development, ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), and booking systems β€’ Comfortable guiding external agencies and internal teams through complex digital projects β€’ Skilled in analytics tools with a strong grasp of KPIs and conversion metrics β€’ Curious about emerging tech and AI, with a future-focused mindset β€’ A collaborative communicator who brings teams together to deliver joined-up experiences
