Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented Marketing Professional to join the Total Platform CRM team to drive execution and development of email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing within our Total Platform business. You’ll work closely with the rest of the CRM team to help deliver a best-in-class CRM Marketing service across all six of our current TP Partners: Reiss, FatFace, Victoria’s Secret, GAP, Joules and Jojo Maman Bebe.
This role will initially see you own the development and execution of BAU email marketing, automated email programmes and on-site personalisation for one of our partners, FatFace, managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic and commercial goals. This role will also manage and mentor two direct-reports, looking after a further three partners. You’ll also be involved in the scoping and potential set-up of SMS, WhatsApp and Loyalty Programmes across all 4 brands. Please note that you or others in the team may be moved around at a later date to ensure the best fit for everyone within the available roles and partners.

• Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture to deliver exceptional results for our partners.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including the set-up, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns.
• Work closely with the key teams/stakeholders to create bespoke campaigns to increase sales, drive engagement and retention on email.
• Analyse performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development
• Reporting on all CRM KPIs generated through CRM marketing campaigns.
• Scope, POC and potentially develop SMS and WhatsApp as new marketing channels.
• Assist with the day to day administration tasks
About You:
Reporting to the Total Platform CRM Manager, the ideal candidate will be a keen problem solver able to work within a large, global team of marketers and external partners.
• Experience with a modern CDXP such as Bloomreach Engage/Exponea is ideal but not compulsory
• A basic understanding of HTML, Python or Jinja2 is preferred
• Self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure
• Creative and inquisitive with a thirst to learn more
• Aptitude for attention to detail
• Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly
• Effective team player; can do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate level user of the Google Suite
• Marketing experience ideally gained in a retail environment, working on email, CRM marketing or ecommerce.
• A natural leader and mentor, passionate about developing people and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
