Weβre hiring on behalf of a fast-growing athleisure performance wear brand looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid and organic digital strategy across the UK, US, and EU markets.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, with full ownership of channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, SEO, and Marketplaces.
Youβll manage UK and US Paid Search (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), oversee an EU PPC agency, lead Paid Social across Meta and other platforms, support affiliate growth, drive testing and optimisation, deliver clear performance reporting, and collaborate closely on CRO and ecommerce performance. Strong analytical skills, proven channel expertise, and experience in DTC ecommerce are essential.
