About This Position
In 2022, Henkel opened a new chapter, merging our consumer business units, Laundry and Home Care and Beauty Care, bringing many iconic brands under one roof. Brands include; Schwarzkopf, got2b, LIVE, Dylon Detergnet, Bloo and Colour Catcher. Reporting into the Marketing Director and leading a team of 5, weβre looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Professional to grow our brands.
What YouΒ΄ll Do
β’ Digital marketing strategy, execution, and measurement: optimise and steer our digital marketing strategy identifying the right tactics and channels to deliver on brand goals and objectives (Display, Social, Web, Search, Digital Shelf, Influencer and Community).
β’ Social and Community management: Lead the development, implementation and tracking of strategies to build and maintain engaged communities on relevant social media platforms. Effectively manage consumer engagement of Henkel brands across all channels and platforms (mail, phone, email, social, review platforms) - in alignment with R&D and Legal.
β’ Agency management: steer and manage digital agencies to maximise performance.
β’ Digital innovation - Stay up to date with digital innovations and maintain a clear view of what is relevant and what is not relevant for driving Henkelβs brands, apply a test and learn approach to learn, grow and develop our digital ecosystem.
β’ Stakeholder management - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate the pace of digitalisation as well as upskilling the organisation where necessary. Position UK as Digital centre of expertise by regularly sharing best in class with local and global.
β’ Team management β leading, coaching and developing a team of 5 (2 Digital Activation Managers, 1 Community & Social Manager, and 2 graduates).
