The Digital Marketing & Product Manager will lead a team to manage marketing technology and data tools to drive business growth, focusing on strategy development, team management, and leveraging emerging marketing technologies for improved customer engagement. Responsibilities: • Leads and manages marketing technology development and adoption strategies by collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to achieve marketing objectives. This includes business requirements management, product road mapping, and contributing to innovations that drive digital marketing excellence. • Manages and mentors teams and associated budgets; designs enablement plans to enhance team capabilities. Participates in strategy development and implementation of marketing technology and/or marketing data tools and techniques to improve business outcomes. Evaluates existing marketing technology and/or marketing data tools and systems capabilities; shares recommendations for improvement. • Monitors marketing technology and data landscape to identify and address themes, opportunities, and challenges faced by organizations. Provides regular guidance to developers and users to maximize marketing performance. • Plans, prioritizes, and management marketing technology roadmaps, scope, resources, budget, and risks. Researches and recommends best practices for leveraging emerging marketing technology and/or data products and trends to maximize customer engagement and business outcomes. Qualifications: Required: • A 4-year college or university degree in any of the business disciplines • A minimum of 10 years exempt experience in one or more of the following areas: technology strategist, product management (technology focused), development of digital commerce or eCommerce strategies or web manager • Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions • Knowledge of issues, opportunities, and challenges for conducting business in the international marketplace • Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques • Knowledge of relationship management techniques • Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods • Knowledge of the importance of 'big picture' thinking and planning • Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing • Experience with digital marketing channels (e.g.: SEO, paid media, content marketing, email & marketing automation, marketing attribution & analytics) • Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into layman's terms for business stakeholders • Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, with the ability to develop creative concepts that enhance awareness and growth on a regional and global scale • Strong leadership skills to manage various stakeholder relationships across the enterprise including business, IS/IT, Cat Digital, executives, and dealers • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to handle complex situations and communicate changes or challenges across stakeholders effectively Company: For 100 years, we’ve been helping customers build a better, more sustainable world.
