The Senior Director - Digital Marketing & eCommerce will be responsible for developing and executing the company's comprehensive digital marketing and eCommerce strategy. This high-impact role will drive online presence, digital customer engagement, and revenue growth through cutting-edge platforms and marketing initiatives. The position requires a visionary leader who can establish new digital channels, define key systems and processes, and ensure alignment with the company's overall commercial objectives.
Essential Functions:
β’ Through strategic leadership & execution, develop, implement and drive a comprehensive eCommerce and digital marketing strategy to support business growth in both generics and specialty pharmaceutical markets. Develop, implement and drive a robust digital marketing campaign, SEO/SEM initiatives, content strategies, and analytics-driven approaches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
β’ Responsible for the implementation and optimization of eCommerce systems and technologies to enable seamless digital transactions. Implement and manage key performance metrics, analytics tools, and reporting structures to measure success and optimize digital strategies.
β’ Develop innovative digital touchpoints to enhance user experience, strengthen customer relationships, and drive retention across multiple online channels.
Additional Responsibilities:
β’ Establish and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, IT, and regulatory
β’ departments to ensure cohesive digital initiatives.
β’ Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
Education:
β’ Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field - Required
β’ Master's degree (MBA) - Preferred
Experience:
β’ 12 years or more in eCommerce and digital marketing, with a strong track record in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or a related industry.
Skills:
β’ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics. - Advanced

The annual salary for this position ranges from $235,000 to $270,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award as well as a long-term incentive award, such as restricted stock units, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Companyβs good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
