Description The Senior Director - Digital Marketing & eCommerce will be responsible for developing and executing the company's comprehensive digital marketing and eCommerce strategy. This high-impact role will drive online presence, digital customer engagement, and revenue growth through cutting-edge platforms and marketing initiatives. The position requires a visionary leader who can establish new digital channels, define key systems and processes, and ensure alignment with the company's overall commercial objectives. Essential Functions • Through strategic leadership & execution, develop, implement and drive a comprehensive eCommerce and digital marketing strategy to support business growth in both generics and specialty pharmaceutical markets. Develop, implement and drive a robust digital marketing campaign, SEO/SEM initiatives, content strategies, and analytics-driven approaches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement • Responsible for the implementation and optimization of eCommerce systems and technologies to enable seamless digital transactions. Implement and manage key performance metrics, analytics tools, and reporting structures to measure success and optimize digital strategies. • Develop innovative digital touchpoints to enhance user experience, strengthen customer relationships, and drive retention across multiple online channels. Additional Responsibilities • Establish and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, IT, and regulatory • departments to ensure cohesive digital initiatives. • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
