Role description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Nugget. We are currently looking for a Senior Director of eCommerce in United States. As a key digital leader, the Senior Director of eCommerce will architect and drive the strategy for a thriving direct-to-consumer business. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role, responsible for owning the online customer journey—from UX optimization and acquisition to technology and analytics. With a focus on innovation and measurable results, you will guide an in-house team and external partners to deliver performance across all digital touchpoints. Accountabilities: • Define and lead the full e-commerce strategy and roadmap, aligning it with broader business objectives and revenue goals • Own and manage site performance, UX/UI optimization, SEO, personalization, and digital merchandising • Collaborate with external agencies on CRO, paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok), and affiliate programs • Oversee CRM/email marketing strategy and execution to increase engagement and conversion • Manage and scale the e-commerce tech stack (Shopify Plus, ESPs, analytics, reviews, etc.) and third-party integrations • Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team while fostering a culture of experimentation and growth • Set and monitor KPIs such as CAC, AOV, LTV, repurchase rate, bounce rate, and attribution • Actively contribute to department-wide leadership initiatives and collaborate across marketing, supply chain, and customer experience • Champion data-driven planning and performance forecasting, guiding investment decisions and operational priorities Requirements • 8-10 years of experience in DTC digital marketing/eCommerce, with at least 3 years managing a team • Expertise in Shopify Plus, GA4, digital funnel strategy, social commerce, and CRO best practices • Demonstrated experience launching or expanding into major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, or Target • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring cross-functional teams • Strategic thinker capable of aligning digital efforts with broader business goals • Comfortable with e-commerce operations, including content, UX, merchandising, dev, and logistics coordination • Willingness to travel up to 10 days annually to North Carolina and Georgia • A growth-oriented mindset with curiosity, initiative, and a bias toward action Benefits • Competitive salary: $188,600-$209,800 annually + company bonus • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% paid for employees) • Generous PTO, plus company-wide wellness days, holidays, and summer/winter breaks • 401(k) with employer match • Paid parental leave • Complimentary Nugget® and Chunk™ products, plus team discounts • Transparent compensation philosophy with no salary negotiation to ensure equity • Inclusive, values-driven company culture committed to professional growth Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
