• National Account Leadership: Directly manage top-tier national accounts, cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers and driving growth aligned with brand strategy through regular business reviews and strategic planning.
• Digital Commerce Leadership: Lead a high-performing digital commerce team, partnering with Brand and Digital leaders to define and execute a seamless golfer journey across owned platforms, from product education to conversion.
• Strategic Investment & Innovation: Shape future digital platform investments and capabilities at Acushnet Company, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and evolving consumer expectations.
• Trade & Merchandising Programs: Oversee the development and execution of national account sales and trade programs, managing a budget in excess of $5M and collaborating with Finance and Product Marketing to drive incremental sales and category-leading merchandising.
• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Golf Ball and Gear Marketing teams and national account merchants to design impactful displays and point-of-sale materials that elevate Titleist’s in-store presence.
