β’ Oversee the creation of premium digital content for homepages, landing pages, product pages, and campaigns, maintaining the brandβs premium identity.
β’ Manage designers, copywriters, and photographers to deliver engaging, on-brand creative content.
β’ Implement and refine robust processes for content planning, production, and delivery.
β’ Partner with trading and analytics teams to track and optimise content performance, using data-driven insights to inform strategy.
β’ Embed SEO and accessibility best practices across all content touchpoints.
β’ Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all content and mentoring junior team members to deliver their best work.

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on content leader who can blend creativity with a commercial mindset:
β’ Proven experience in senior content management roles within a premium or lifestyle e-commerce brand, ideally with global reach.
β’ Strong background in content localisation and understanding regional nuances across the US, Europe, and Asia.
β’ Experience in optimising content for performance β driving traffic, engagement, and conversion in a trading-led environment.
β’ Skilled in content production workflows, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering high-quality creative at pace.
β’ Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful) and content analytics tools.
β’ Knowledge of SEO, UX, and digital content best practices.
β’ A confident leader who enjoys developing teams and working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
β’ Passion for sport, cycling, or premium lifestyle brands is a bonus.
