Job Overview: We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimise our online presence across Shopify and Amazon platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and proficiency in utilising Shopify and Amazon tools to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities: Platform Management: β€’ Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify and Amazon accounts. β€’ Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search and conversion. β€’ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Conversion Rate Optimization: β€’ Implement strategies to increase sales and conversion rates on both Shopify and Amazon platforms. β€’ Conduct regular analysis of sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. β€’ Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotions and campaigns. Customer Experience: β€’ Enhance the overall customer experience by optimising product pages, improving the information hierarchy, and managing reviews. β€’ Implement best practices for customer service, order fulfilment, and returns. Digital Marketing: β€’ Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales. Analytics and Reporting: β€’ Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, operations metrics and customer satisfaction. β€’ Use data insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: β€’ Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations, specifically on Shopify and Amazon platforms. β€’ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights. β€’ Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization practices. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Knowledge of e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
