What you will get to do as an e-Commerce Manager with Road Runner Sports β€’ Own day-to-day operations of RoadRunnerSports.com, ensuring a smooth, high-performing, conversion-optimized e-Commerce experience β€’ Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze customer segmentation, personalization, seasonal campaigns & product launches β€’ Monitor website KPIs and make ongoing improvements based on performance data β€’ Lead optimization efforts for on-site search, navigation, mobile experience, merchandising, and checkout flow β€’ Work with development and IT teams to scope, QA, and launch new website features & functionality to enhance the customer experience and drive incremental revenue β€’ Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on email, paid media, and SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic β€’ Act as a key stakeholder in platform roadmap development and enhancements, analytics tools, and personalization engines β€’ Conduct A/B testing and user experience research to improve the customer journey and increase conversions β€’ Manage product data accuracy, pricing changes, and seasonal catalog transitions in coordination with merchandising and creative teams β€’ Stay up to date on, and share with the organization, e-Commerce trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging technologies Qualifications β€’ 7+ years of experience managing a high-traffic e-Commerce website, preferably in consumer retail, footwear, sporting goods, or apparel β€’ Hands-on experience with major e-Commerce platforms, experience with VTEX a plus but not required β€’ Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, heatmaps, A/B testing platforms, and performance dashboards β€’ Deep understanding of site merchandising, UX best practices, and conversion rate optimization β€’ 3rd Party Marketplace experience strongly desired but not required β€’ Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment β€’ Excellent cross-functional communication skills with experience collaborating across marketing, creative, merchandising, IT, and operations teams β€’ Comfortable writing business requirements and working closely with developers and technical teams β€’ Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality and accuracy Your rewards! β€’ Earn competitive pay β€’ Work with smart, motivated teammates who are obsessed with improving every step of the customer journey β€’ Help shape the digital future of a beloved, high-growth retail brand with passionate fans β€’ Be the envy of your friends with discounts on ALL the latest gear and footwear β€’ Enjoy free running and walking events After acceptance of a potential offer, the successful completion of a background check will be required prior to start date.
