Role description
My client is hiring a Senior Digital Manager to lead the evolution of their global digital experience. You’ll drive digital performance across eCommerce, CRM and optimisation, with full ownership of the customer journey and commercial outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a cross-functional team covering frontend dev, CRM, trading and analytics. You’ll set the strategy, shape the roadmap, and turn insights into action across all key digital channels.
You’ll work closely with marketing, data and trading teams to improve conversion, retention and customer satisfaction, while delivering clear commercial value. You’ll also play a key role in testing and optimisation, and be the go-to for turning behavioural data into decisions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital performance and eCommerce, with a background in leading teams and shaping strategies across multiple functions. You’ll be comfortable using tools like GA4, heatmaps and session recordings, and confident managing platforms like Shopify and Bloomreach. Strong communication skills and a clear commercial mindset are key.
