About the Role We're looking for an entrepreneurial and data-driven Senior eCommerce Manager to lead the direct-to-consumer experience and accelerate growth across FreshCutPaper.com. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for website management, conversion rate optimization, owned-channel marketing (email, SMS, loyalty), and performance marketing in partnership with our agency team. You'll play a key role in improving conversion, enhancing the digital customer journey, and driving revenue through data-backed testing and smart design.
