Role description
Weβre looking for a results-driven leader to accelerate DTC growth and turn performance marketing into a revenue engine. Youβll own strategy and execution across paid media, email/SMS, influencer, and affiliate channels, while managing the DTC P&L, budgets, and performance reporting.
What Youβll Do
β’ Lead customer acquisition, retention, and LTV growth across Shopify-based DTC sites.
β’ Own multi-channel campaigns (paid social/search, Shopping, video, display, influencer, affiliate, email/SMS).
β’ Manage DTC budgets, forecasting, and performance against CAC, ROAS, CVR, and LTV targets.
β’ Build retention programs (lifecycle, win-back, loyalty) and drive funnel optimization via testing and insights.
β’ Oversee performance creative (ads, landing pages, email/SMS) and agency partners.
β’ Evaluate and evolve our growth stack (attribution, feeds, automation, analytics).
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 6+ years in DTC/eCommerce growth marketing.
β’ Experience managing a team (can be a small team).
β’ Expertise in paid social/search, email/SMS, influencer, and affiliate channels.
β’ Proven ownership of DTC P&L, budgets, and reporting.
β’ Strong grasp of Shopify ecosystem, analytics, and attribution tools.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
