Role description
Position Overview: Weβre looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager to drive digital growth across our DTC eCommerce platform. In this highly matrixed role, you will lead full-funnel performance marketing, lead generation, site optimization, and cross-functional execution while collaborating with brand, creative, product, analytics, IT, and operations teams.
Youβll be accountable for driving scalable revenue and cost-efficient acquisition, optimizing the end-to-end digital customer journey, and ensuring flawless execution across campaigns, technology, and teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, channel expertise, measurement, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Strategy & Optimization
β’ Develop and execute a growth-focused eCommerce roadmap aligned with brand, revenue, and experience goals
β’ Own the eCommerce P&L; forecast revenue, manage digital channel budgets, and optimize for ROI
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
β’ Manage multi-channel acquisition: Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, affiliate, and SEO
β’ Optimize media performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analytics to meet CAC and ROAS targets
Retention & Customer Experience
β’ Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to increase repeat purchases, loyalty engagement, and LTV
β’ Leverage personalization and dynamic content tools to enhance post-purchase and re-engagement campaigns
Technology, Tools & Vendor Management
β’ Manage eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce, etc.) and the full Martech stack
β’ Lead third-party agencies and internal collaborators to ensure aligned execution, SLAs, and performance outcomes
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
β’ Track and analyze performance across KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CLV, AOV, conversion rate, email/SMS engagement, and traffic sources
β’ Use GA4, Looker, and attribution tools to assess cross-channel effectiveness and inform spend optimization
Qualifications:
β’ 7+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or performance media (DTC, retail, or CPG preferred)
β’ Proven success in scaling acquisition and lead generation strategies across paid and owned channels
β’ Hands-on experience with Shopify or Adobe Commerce, GA4, Klaviyo or Attentive, and major ad platforms
β’ Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, CLV, AOV, and attribution models
β’ Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, agencies, and multiple concurrent projects
