About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Email Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our email and SMS marketing calendar and help scale our lifecycle marketing efforts. This role bridges strategy and execution: you’ll manage daily campaign operations, oversee quality and timelines, and work with our Email Marketing Coordinator. You’ll collaborate closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to turn strategy into action—building and optimizing campaigns, creating automation flows, and ensuring every touchpoint is polished, on brand, and effective. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both project management and campaign execution, with room to grow into a more strategic lifecycle marketing leader. What You’ll Do • Own the email/SMS marketing calendar—manage campaign timelines and priorities. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, growth) to align content with business goals. • Review and QA email/SMS builds to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency. • Build and launch campaigns in ActiveCampaign (or similar ESP). • Support the development and optimization of lifecycle automations (onboarding, winback, reactivation, etc.). • Provide design and copy feedback to maximize engagement and performance. • Maintain project/task management systems (Asana or similar). • Support the Email Marketing Coordinator on execution tasks. • Summarize campaign results and surface actionable insights for the Lifecycle Marketing Manager. What You Bring • 2-4 years of experience in email/CRM marketing, preferably in DTC, Ecommerce, or health & wellness. • Hands-on experience with an ESP (ActiveCampaign experience strongly preferred). • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, and automation. • Project management skills—able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Detail-oriented with strong QA and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills; comfortable giving feedback and cross-functional updates. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a bias toward action. Bonus Points For • Experience mentoring or reviewing work from fellow team members. • Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and compliance. • Experience with Asana, Notion, or similar task/project management tools. • Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
