Role Description The Senior Executive - Catalogue Management role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The role involves managing and maintaining the product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers, updating product listings, analyzing product trends, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Additionally, the Senior Executive will work on optimizing the catalog for better customer experience and driving sales growth. Job Responsibilities 1\.    Content Creation: • Reviewing and researching A+ content for appropriate keyword-rich titles, descriptions, mapping, tags, and attributes. • Creating engaging and persuasive product titles, keywords, descriptions, accurate directions, customized images, videos, and other rich media content. 2\.    Content Review & Upload: • Proof-reading the content for completeness, accuracy of information and quality. • Ensuring the title and content has appropriate keyword density for discoverability. • Reviewing content files for errors and uploading them on our e-commerce platforms. • Accurate updating of catalog trackers with required information. 3\.    SEO & Quality Assurance: • To ensure SEO-friendly content and keyword density in product listings. • Regularly auditing product listings to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines. • Addressing and resolving any content-related issues promptly. 4\.    Product Knowledge: • Knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical & non-pharmaceutical products. • Updated understanding of the product ingredients in line with the regulations. 5\.    Performance Analysis: • Monitoring product performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and using data-driven insights to optimize content and revamp strategies. 6\.    Collaboration: • Create team performance weekly & monthly reports to review team performance. • Creating SOPs and guidelines in line with mentoring & team training. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on product content, catalog improvements and assortment planning. • Providing support and guidance to content creation teams to maintain consistent quality and style across all product listings. • Liaise with third party agencies and brands to bring forth high quality content. 7\.    New Initiatives: • Co-ordinating new initiatives with the product team to enable advanced cataloguing versions for suggestive selling like upsell, cross-sell, blogging, bundling to enhance user experience. • Prepare priority NIC, revamp the existing catalogue, suggest new products for the category team, enable category building and expand the catalogue. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or any related field. • With minimum 2 years of experience in the same field • Proven experience in E-commerce catalog management, content creation, content writing, or related roles. • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and principles. • Deep knowledge of Health & Wellness products as well as pharmaceutical ingredients is an advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and consistency. • Creative thinking to develop engaging content to drive customer engagement. • Strong organizational, project management and team building skills.
