• Continuously monitor site performance, identify issues, and lead the execution of UX/UI development.
• Optimize websites (desktop and mobile) for conversion rate improvements through A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
• Lead the development team in adopting best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions that enhance the digital experience.
• Implement new system changes, such as integrating digital tools, ecommerce solutions, enhancing system connectivity and automation with APIs, and joining system tools like CRM and ESP to the front-end environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development with a focus on eCommerce and digital product optimization.
• Core Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Frameworks/Libraries: React, Angular, Next.js, Express
• Styling Tools: CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS)
• Experience working closely with designers to bring wireframes and prototypes to life
• Languages/Frameworks: .NET, Django, Node.js, PHP, Spring, WP development (PHP)
• Strong experience with REST APIs and server-side API integration
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Proficient in connecting, manipulating, and securely storing data
• Deep knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure

• Proficient in MVC (Model-View-Controller) and MVT (Model-View-Template) design patterns.
