Responsibilities: • Build, optimize, and maintain responsive websites and native apps for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and Hard Rock Stadium properties using modern frontend and backend technologies. • Continuously monitor site performance, identify issues, and lead the execution of UX/UI development. • Optimize websites (desktop and mobile) for conversion rate improvements through A/B testing and data-driven design decisions. • Lead the development team in adopting best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions that enhance the digital experience. • Implement new system changes, such as integrating digital tools, ecommerce solutions, enhancing system connectivity and automation with APIs, and joining system tools like CRM and ESP to the front-end environment. Qualifications: Required: • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development with a focus on eCommerce and digital product optimization. • Core Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Frameworks/Libraries: React, Angular, Next.js, Express • Styling Tools: CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS) • Experience working closely with designers to bring wireframes and prototypes to life • Languages/Frameworks: .NET, Django, Node.js, PHP, Spring, WP development (PHP) • Strong experience with REST APIs and server-side API integration • Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, or similar • Proficient in connecting, manipulating, and securely storing data • Deep knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • Skilled in optimizing web performance • Knowledge of secure development practices for data storage and transfer • Proficient in MVC (Model-View-Controller) and MVT (Model-View-Template) design patterns. • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance and maintainability. • Proven experience in optimizing web performance, SEO, and mobile-first design. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to lead and mentor junior developers while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • A strategic thinker who is proactive in identifying opportunities for system improvements and digital innovation. • Experience in optimizing eCommerce platforms to drive purchase conversion and user engagement. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery. • Experience working closely with UX/UI designers to bring wireframes and prototypes to life.
