Co-founded by award-winning stylist Adam Reed and Matrix Brands, we’ve quickly become a cult favourite among beauty editors, consumers, and stylists alike. With distribution across Boots, John Lewis, M&S, Mecca, Hut Group plus our flagship salon in Covent Garden, ARKIVE is scaling across both DTC and retail - and entering new markets including the US, EU, and Australia. We’re now looking for a digitally driven, results-focused Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate customer acquisition, scale our digital ecosystem, and drive global growth. The Role: As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and executing a full-funnel growth strategy, with a sharp focus on content, performance marketing, digital channels, and retention. You'll own key growth metrics and lead the delivery of innovative, data-led campaigns that scale our reach and impact globally. Key Responsibilities: Content Flywheel & Growth Ecosystem • Lead the development and execution of our always-on content flywheel - fuelling growth across TikTok, Meta, PPC, CRM, and emerging channels. • Collaborate with internal and external creators to drive high-volume content production that resonates with performance goals and brand voice. Acquisition & Performance Marketing • Own and execute growth strategies across TikTok, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and Google PPC - our core acquisition engines. • Identify and test new platforms where our customers live, such as Pinterest, Reddit, Discord, and beyond. • Optimise spend and creative strategy to drive maximum efficiency and ROI (CAC, ROAS). CRM & Retention • Manage our CRM agency to build and execute an effective retention strategy through email and SMS - maximising LTV, AOV, and repeat rate. • Drive personalisation, segmentation, and automation using tools like Klaviyo or similar platforms. • Leverage data and testing to create journeys that nurture and convert. Insights, Data & Optimization • Track and report on all key growth KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly. • Use tools such as GA4, attribution platforms, and ecommerce analytics to inform decisions and campaign direction. • Lead growth experimentation and use data to test, learn, and scale what works. External Partner & Cross-Functional Management • Manage relationships with a range of agency partners including media buying, SEO, creative, CRM, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. • Collaborate with brand, commercial, and product teams to align digital efforts with broader GTM strategies. • Ensure creative output is performance-ready across formats and platforms. Ecommerce & DTC Focus • Support DTC growth with conversion optimisation, landing page strategy, and customer journey improvements. • Work closely with ecommerce and UX teams to reduce friction and increase onsite performance. What We’re Looking For: You're a sharp, energetic digital marketer who thrives in a fast-moving, creative, and data-led environment. You live and breathe performance metrics, love a dashboard, and get excited about turning smart content into scalable results. You’ll Bring: • 5–7+ years in growth or digital marketing, ideally in a fast-growing consumer or DTC brand. • A proven track record of scaling acquisition across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads. • Experience in managing content pipelines and partnering with creators or studios to produce platform-native content. • Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify, and attribution platforms. • Confidence managing agency partners across growth, CRM, creative, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. • A sharp analytical mindset with a love for testing, learning, and improving. • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and how to optimise the funnel. • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, brand, product, and commercial teams.
