Role Description
This is a full-time for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Social & Display) located in Cincinnati, OH. This individual will lead strategy and execution across paid social, display, and select search channels for a portfolio of clients, serving as both a hands-on channel expert and a trusted client advisor.
The role requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution—developing growth strategies, managing campaigns, and translating results into meaningful business outcomes. This individual will manage a junior growth marketer, ensuring high-quality work while providing mentorship and guidance. They will also serve as a primary client point of contact(with account and PM support), helping clients understand not just what is happening in their campaigns, but why it matters to their business.
Responsibilities
• Lead growth marketing strategy and execution across paid social, display (Google Display Network, programmatic-lite), and select search campaigns.
• Serve as the primary marketing partner for multiple clients, managing day-to-day communication and campaign performance updates.
• Manage and mentor a junior growth marketer, ensuring campaigns are built, optimized, and reported effectively.
• Develop media plans that align with client goals, balancing performance and brand-building objectives.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI and growth, leveraging platform tools and analytics.
• Build and deliver reporting that connects marketing activity to business outcomes.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay current on platform trends, tools, and emerging best practices, bringing forward innovative approaches.
Qualifications
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on paid social and display.
• Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable business growth.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong client management skills and ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable balancing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/Display, Google Analytics/GA4, and related platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
