Introduction We have an exciting opportunity for a senior head of growth / performance to join the fast growing international cosmetics brand Meroda Cosmetics - growing 300% YoY. We’re seeking someone who thrives in the fast lane and isn’t afraid to take the wheel. If you’re a data-driven architect who thinks in CAC and LTV, moves fast, and gets results, this is the right place! Applications we're not looking for: β€’ Working in corporate environment β€’ B2B, retail, tech / software candidates β€’ No experience with DTC + FCMG (majority of revenue should be DTC) Who you are: As Head of Growth, you will own digital revenue growth across all DTC channels, reporting directly to the CMO. You’ll lead the development and execution of our performance marketing strategy, lifecycle and retention initiatives, and customer acquisition plans. You will own the P&L, set aggressive targets, deploy and reallocate budgets, and build the growth engine that will take us from €60M to €100M+ in revenue. β€’ You think like an owner: high autonomy, high accountability, high urgency β€’ You thrive in dynamic startup environments and love turning chaos into clarity β€’ You have a scrappy, resourceful mindset and bold thinking- yet grounded in data to scale fast β€’ You’re deeply curious, creatively driven, and relentlessly analytical β€’ Passionate about the future of functional wellness, alternative beverages, and biohacking culture What you will do: Revenue Ownership β€’ Architect and execute a full-funnel, multi-channel growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle, affiliate, and influencer. β€’ Own forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and revenue performance. β€’ Set and manage aggressive monthly goals for CAC, LTV, AOV, MER, and contribution margin. β€’ Act fast to reallocate resources based on real-time data and performance. β€’ Activate creative, scrappy, and scalable growth tactics beyond traditional media Performance Marketing & Media Management β€’ Lead acquisition and paid media performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and more. β€’ Build and manage rapid-fire creative testing with Brand and Creative. β€’ Analyze performance and find the next 10% lift. β€’ Stay ahead with first-mover tactics and platform innovation Retention, Lifecycle & LTV β€’ Collaborate with CRM lead on retention strategy across email, SMS and optimize LTV. β€’ Monitor and improve cohort health and retention KPI Leadership & Team Development β€’ Build, lead, and mentor a lean, high-performance team across all growth functions. β€’ Set clear expectations, remove roadblocks, and hold the team accountable to aggressive KPI β€’ Foster a results-oriented, creative, and collaborative team culture β€’ Work cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, Brand, Creative, and Product to align business objectives Experience β€’ 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or digital eCommerce; 3+ years in a senior leadership role β€’ Proven success scaling DTC revenue to €50M+ β€’ Direct experience owning and optimizing €15M+ in annual media budgets β€’ Mastery of Meta, Google, TikTok, and retention marketing via email/SMS β€’ Strong command of CRO, landing page strategy, and creative testing loops β€’ Obsessive focus on results, data, and continuous iteration β€’ Leadership experience with the ability to direct and empower without micromanaging β€’ Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g.,Triple Whale, GA4, Looker) and CRM platforms What do we offer? β€’ Amazing company culture with team members who are very passionate about their work and super driven to bring Meroda to the next level with each other β€’ Competitive compensation / salary β€’ Flexible working hours β€’ Coaching from one of the best people / leaders in the industry
