About The Role As the Senior Beauty Key Account Manager GB&I, you will be leading high-profile national accounts within Hair Care, ensuring outstanding execution and driving substantial sales growth. Your role will involve a keen focus on understanding shopper trends and identifying the key retailers frequented by our audience. You will be leveraging your negotiation and influencing skills to develop a strategic annual account plan, setting out clear objectives for Dyson and our retail partners, with ongoing planning extending up to three years. You will be orchestrating the transformation of our retail landscape to align with Dyson’s ambitious growth targets as our product portfolio expands. By setting the strategic vision, you will be outlining clear objectives aimed at delivering high-value growth and strong returns on investment for Dyson and the category. Your responsibilities will encompass anticipating changes in the retail landscape, shopper behaviour, and competitors, allowing you to develop comprehensive business plans that ensure future profitable growth. In your collaborative efforts, you will be working closely with marketing, finance, operations, and other group functions to align retailer plans with broader company objectives. You will be delivering sales and profitability targets, managing promotional budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of execution for the Dyson brand both online and in stores. Utilising data from internal and external sources, you will be improving compliance and in-store standards, working closely with our Retail Activation and COE team. You will be championing the ecommerce equation on retailer websites, driving traffic, conversion, and sales. Your role will also involve delivering compelling presentations, organizing quarterly business reviews, and maintaining effective relationships with retailer commercial teams. By aligning internal and external stakeholders with account and negotiation objectives, you will be ensuring the successful implementation of customer initiatives. Your communication skills will be crucial in delivering clear, concise, and motivational messages across various mediums. Engaging and collaborating across the EMEA account management teams, you will be sharing best practices and maintaining the GB Sales Identity, all while upholding Dyson’s core behaviours.
