Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid — Tacoma, WA (in-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday) Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on experience About the Role At joe.coffee, we’re on a mission to build stronger communities through better coffee. We’re seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to craft and execute campaigns that guide customers through every stage of their journey with joe — from their first sip to becoming loyal advocates. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and customer experience. What You’ll Do Customer Journey Management • Develop and optimize email, SMS, and push notification campaigns across the customer lifecycle • Build segmented campaigns based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement • Design onboarding sequences for new customers and retention flows for existing ones Data-Driven Campaign Development • Analyze customer data to uncover opportunities for engagement and retention • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and messaging to drive performance • Track and report on KPIs including open rate, CTR, conversion, and LTV Content Creation & Strategy • Collaborate with creative teams on email templates, product recommendations, and seasonal campaigns • Write engaging, on-brand copy that resonates with our coffee-loving community • Partner with product and ops teams to promote new releases, blends, and limited editions Customer Retention & Growth • Launch win-back campaigns to re-engage lapsed customers • Manage loyalty program and referral campaign communications • Build targeted campaigns for key customer segments (subscriptions, one-time buyers, wholesale) What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing • Proficiency in platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and marketing automation tools • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization • Understanding of deliverability best practices and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) Nice to Have • Experience in e-commerce, subscription, or food & beverage industries • Knowledge of SMS and push notification marketing • Familiarity with segmentation and predictive analytics • Experience managing loyalty or referral programs • Basic HTML/CSS for email template customization • Passion for specialty coffee and coffee culture  Benefits • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • Equity • Paid time off, sick leave, and company holidays • Hybrid work schedule (remote Monday & Friday, in-office Tuesday–Thursday) for Tacoma HQ roles • Collaborative, mission-driven team environment
