ShopMy is revolutionizing digital marketing by connecting brands with top talent. They are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Manager of Catalog Management to lead and scale catalog operations, ensuring catalog integrity and supporting a high-quality experience for creators, brands, and consumers.
Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve ShopMy’s catalog infrastructure, including product categorization, tagging, and quality assurance systems
• Manage and mentor a growing catalog operations team, ensuring strong execution and ongoing development
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and implement catalog automation opportunities
• Act as the primary point of contact with third-party vendors ensuring scalable, high-quality data entry and QA
• Proactively define and monitor catalog KPIs and data quality metrics, including accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Streamline catalog workflows by designing and maintaining documentation, standard operating procedures, and prioritization frameworks
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4-7+ years of experience in operations, merchandising, or product roles — ideally in e-commerce, retail, or marketplaces
• People management experience, including managing ICs and vendor relationships
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, or technical operations
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing complex workflows
• Comfort working in tools like Excel, POPSQL, Notion, and/or light analytics tools
• Native-level English and strong written communication
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a highly organized, process-driven mindset
Preferred:
• Experience with catalog or taxonomy systems in e-commerce or retail
• Familiarity with SQL, dashboarding, or catalog performance metrics
• Experience working with third-party vendors or human-in-the-loop teams
• Background in tools like Looker, POPSQL, or internal data quality platforms
• A bias for action, paired with a passion for data integrity and internal enablement
