People | Excellence | Change | Integrity | Co-prosperity Role & Responsibilities We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital partner strategy, specifically aligning Samsung's marketing plans with our key partners. This pivotal role involves leading the development and execution of partner digital campaigns that significantly boost brand awareness and engagement. A core responsibility will be to collaborate with our partners in crafting holistic media plans that generate synergistic benefits for both Samsung and our integrated partners. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in analyzing and monitoring data related to media tactics, traffic, online sales, and brand presence, leveraging these insights to drive effective strategies. This position demands a strong leader and communicator capable of building robust partnerships across the organization, guiding through ambiguity, and executing well-defined plans. Ideal candidates will be self-starters, proactive in identifying areas of opportunity, and possess the flexibility to adapt to evolving situations, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and key partners. Your expertise will be crucial in moving the organization towards a best-in-class digital consumer experience. Role And Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Develop the partner digital strategy for the Mobile Experience division focusing on partner execution which would deliver a consistent brand experience, elevate brand awareness, optimize product positioning to maximize conversion, and amplify traffic generation to partner channels. • Create joint digital merchandising strategies with carriers and retailers to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement. • Develop a synergistic media strategy that connects Samsung media planning with partner plans delivering exponential breakthrough and ROI from upper through lower funnel. • Manage external partner campaigns optimizing channel-specific KPIs. • Analyze digital data to produce insightful reports and use these insights to optimize and evolve our strategic approach. • Identify digital best practices and utilize data and consumer research to define a future state vision for partner channels • Craft persuasive presentations to effectively communicate and gain approval for partner-centric ideas and requests. • Work cross-functionally with account sales teams, business operations, product management, and other digital teams • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership on how to deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience journey. • Serve as a champion for the consumer and continuously push for providing the best consumer experience based on defined best practices. • Develop executive-level presentations on a frequent cadence. People that thrive under pressure, take big risks, deliver solutions, remove barriers, and lead the change Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) with 8+ years of directly related experience is required • Master’s degree preferred • Experience in driving digital marketing strategy for 5+ years • Strong fluency with all forms of media traditional, digital and emerging • Experience with media project management including presenting and reporting on media plans • Solid data and analytical understanding and comfort • Demonstrated skill communicating cross-functionally and up & down an organization • Microsoft Standard Office Suite and advanced expertise in PowerPoint/Excel • Demonstrated program management ability, proven experience planning and executing large scale projects and/or events • Experience collaborating with senior executives across a large organization • This role is based in Plano, TX office.
