We are looking to add a Structured Data & Feeds Senior Manager based in continental United States of America to work across a technology and high- end fashion brand in the managing of their product catalog and associated data feeds within eCommerce advertising. You enjoy learning new platforms, technologies, skills, and media channel programs, while reviewing and analyzing large data centered around client’s merchandising efforts, product, inventory, and pricing data, while providing data analysis and reviewing large data sets. The Senior Manager will support clients and client teams with feed-powered execution, strategy, and meeting KPIs within respective media channels. You will also be responsible for providing feedback, reviews, career advocacy, and support for the day-to-day account management members of the Structured Data & Feeds team. You will report into the Director, Structured Data & Feeds. Responsibilities: • Act as Career Advocate for Structured Data & Feeds day-to-day team, providing skill development, career development, reviews, ongoing feedback, and support • Ensure successful execution of day-to-day feed management, utilization of feed management technology, and feed strategy across client accounts • De-escalate and provide resolution support on feed-based issues, warnings, errors, disapprovals, or client concerns stemming from day-to-day account management • Develop strategy in partnership with media channel teams, in relation to feed-adjacent opportunities and hold accountability for execution of feed initiatives against client KPIs • Ensure accounts are being managed to contractual obligations, and identify areas for growth or upsell leading to team growth and career growth • Cultivate a collaborative team environment, with means for sharing, implementing standard processes, and growth/experience opportunities for day-to-day team members • Maintain and hold team accountable to day-to-day feed management expectations and execution • Be a thought leadership driver and lead presentations around feed strategy, feed based QBR content, case studies, and other external presentations Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience working in digital marketing, eCommerce, retail search, paid search, PPC, Shopping, paid social, programmatic, or related field • 2+ years managing data feeds or managing product data within digital advertising with a proven knowledge of the subject matter • In-depth knowledge of media channel execution & strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Retail Media, Programmatic, or eCommerce • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience in client communication, recommending strategy, de-escalating issues, and articulating a compelling story The annual salary range for this position is 68K- 110K. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
