We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts across paid and organic channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, has a deep understanding of digital platforms, and is passionate about driving measurable growth. You’ll own a paid advertising budget and be directly responsible for campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across SEM, social, and content syndication channels. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage market research and customer data to define audience personas, segmentation criteria, and messaging strategies. • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (e.g., web, email, social media, search, display) to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. • Manage and optimize a paid advertising budget directly (not through an agency), ensuring efficient allocation across SEM (Google, Bing), LinkedIn, content syndication, and industry publications. Experience with Meta and Reddit is a plus. • Continuously evaluate and refine channel mix based on performance data to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution. • Deeply understand the customer to craft relevant, compelling marketing copy that captures attention and effectively drives desired actions, while rigorously testing for optimal performance. • Create campaign creative assets including landing page copy, ad copy, banner ads, and emails. • Build and optimize data-driven nurture programs to personalize the buyer's journey from awareness to consideration and decision to increase qualified opportunities and accelerate sales velocity. • Set clear performance targets and KPIs for all marketing initiatives and regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify areas for optimization and improvement. • Track and report on marketing-acquired and marketing-influenced pipeline (>$8-figures), including KPIs such as cost per lead, CAC, and ROAS. • Oversee marketing operations, including the management and optimization of the MarTech stack to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. • Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. Professional Experience/Qualifications • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns. • Demonstrated ability to craft persuasive, effective marketing copy across different touch points ensuring campaign performance and consistent brand messaging across platforms. • Experience creating and optimizing campaign creative including landing pages, ad copy, banner ads, and emails. • Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords to build paid search strategies. • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), predictive analytics (6sense), data enrichment tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Marketo Measure). • Demonstrated success in optimizing campaign performance metrics such as cost per lead, CAC, and ROAS. EDUCATION • Bachelor’s degree in related field highly preferred. Salary Range $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
