As the Senior Manager of Marketing Systems, you will be instrumental in executing our future MarTech stack. You will lead the delivery of a modernized technology roadmap, with a strong emphasis on implementing a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and streamlining our creative workflows. This is a highly visible role where you will build a global team and make a significant impact on our brand's operational excellence and speed to market. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ What You'll Do (Primary Responsibilities) • Drive MarTech Delivery: Serve as the central technology partner for the Marketing organization, leading the execution of our multi-year technology roadmap. You will focus on simplifying our current ecosystem and implementing foundational platforms that support our creative and marketing teams. • Lead DAM & Creative Tech Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of core marketing solutions, with a primary focus on Digital Asset Management (DAM) and creative workflow technologies. You will manage projects from vendor selection through to a successful enterprise-wide rollout. • Build and Mentor a Global Team: Assemble, lead, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals based in both Plano, TX, and Bangalore, India. You will provide the direction, mentorship, and career development to foster a world-class engineering culture focused on delivery. • Ensure Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with key stakeholders across the enterprise—including Creative, Brand, Digital, and eCommerce teams—to ensure the smooth integration and timely delivery of our marketing technology roadmap. • Manage Program Execution: Oversee the program's budget, forecasts, and delivery schedules, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget. You will also manage the annual operating plan and effectively prioritize initiatives with business partners for maximum operational efficiency. • Apply Technology Trends: Stay informed on emerging trends in DAM, content management, and creative operations, applying relevant innovations to enhance our solutions and maintain a competitive edge. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Who You Are (Core Competencies & Accomplishments) • Experienced Leader in Delivery: You have 10+ years of IT application delivery experience, with a proven track record of leading technically complex, cross-organizational programs to successful completion. • Marketing Systems Expertise: You bring 8+ years of deep, practical experience with marketing technologies, specifically in Digital Asset Management (DAM), Creative Content platforms, and site content management. • Proven Implementer: You have successfully led at least one major implementation of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system or a similar enterprise-wide creative technology platform. • Digital & Transactional Acumen: You have 6+ years of experience in digital and transactional e-commerce solutions.
