About the job
Join Walmart as a Senior Manager, Partnerships – Marketplace Europe, and help connect UK and EMEA-based brands and sellers with millions of customers across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Chile. As part of our growing international Marketplace team, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our global seller ecosystem by building and nurturing strategic partnerships across the region.
We’ve seen exciting growth from UK and European sellers on Walmart Marketplace, and we’re investing in local infrastructure to accelerate this momentum. Based in our London office, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with local solution providers, trade associations, membership groups, and other strategic partners to build a strong pipeline of export-ready sellers.
You’ll also provide local-hours support for queries related to API integrations, onboarding, and troubleshooting, working closely with our UK-based Business Development and Account Management teams, as well as our global Channel Partner, Marketing, Communications, and Government Relations teams.

What you´ll do. You’ll make an impact by:
• Building Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with local offices of Walmart Marketplace’s approved solution providers, trade associations, and membership groups to identify and engage export-ready sellers.
• Driving Seller Pipeline Growth: Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline of UK/EMEA-based brands and sellers interested in selling to consumers in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Chile.
• Arranging Joint Events: Plan and execute joint events with partners—such as webinars, workshops, and physical events—to educate and engage prospective sellers and promote Walmart Marketplace.
• Supporting Seller Onboarding: Provide local-hours support for API integrations, onboarding, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth seller experience.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with Business Development, Account Management, Channel Partner, Marketing, Communications, and Government Relations teams to align on strategy and execution.
• Representing Walmart Marketplace: Attend trade shows, partner events, and industry forums to evangelize Walmart Marketplace and generate new seller interest.
• Championing Seller Success: Advocate for seller needs and feedback, partnering with internal teams to continuously improve the platform and experience.
What you´ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management.
• Experience working with trade associations, solution providers, or membership organizations.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, APIs, and seller onboarding processes.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
