Description The Elevated Shopping team is reinventing shopping for Premium and Luxury customers, and we need a leader who can build and mentor teams while driving innovation. This is your chance to lead multiple teams in building something entirely new and transform an industry! We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - Technical to lead a team of product and program managers in disrupting and redefining how customers buy Premium and Luxury products online. You'll drive teams using the latest advances in machine learning, computer vision, and big-data technologies to build online customer experiences that surpass in-store experiences. Key job responsibilities β€’ Lead and develop a team of product and program managers while defining Premium shopping experiences across the Amazon shopping journey β€’ Envision and define Premium shopping experiences, personalized to individual customer needs, that integrate seamlessly across the Amazon shopping journey. β€’ Work with a team of engineers, scientists, UX design and researchers, and program managers to define and execute a product roadmap that helps customers discover and be inspired by Premium products on Amazon. β€’ Drive roadmap to implement next generation visual experiences, utilizing the latest gen AI technology an inventing ways to improve online shopping beyond in store experiences. β€’ Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs versus technical constraints. β€’ Assimilate a large number of inputs from stakeholders, develop cohesive designs and functional specs, prioritize and deliver them in a successful and timely manner. β€’ Clearly communicate goals, requirements, roadmaps, and timelines to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. β€’ Demonstrate maturity, sound business and technical judgement; ability to influence and leadership is essential to success in this role. β€’ Collaborate with many orgs and leaders across the entire retail organization to build the future of Premium shopping on Amazon. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market.
