Introduction The Accommodation team at Trip.com is dedicated to driving the growth and success of our global accommodation business. This role is primarily focused on the Middle East market, supporting overall business development in the region. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in expanding and managing our portfolio of hotel partners, enhancing inventory coverage, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. In this Role, you’ll get to: β€’ Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing dynamics to shape commercial strategy and drive business growth across Middle East markets. β€’ Stay agile in response to market shifts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities within assigned territories. β€’ Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior-level hotel partners. β€’ Drive team performance to ensure delivery of key business KPIs and OKRs. β€’ Initiate and lead strategic projects that accelerate regional growth, particularly from international source markets. β€’ Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate public speaking engagements as needed. β€’ Lead and support the Market Managers and Market Executives in partner account management within the assigned region. β€’ Collaborate closely with operations to ensure smooth business execution and respond quickly to urgent needs. β€’ Provide market-based product feedback to enhance offerings for both partners and customers. β€’ Drive cross-functional collaboration across business units to foster alignment and growth. β€’ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of team member What you'll Need to Succeed: β€’ 5+ years of experience in OTA, travel tech, wholesale, e-commerce, business development, and hospitality. β€’ Experience in senior roles, preferably with a background in team management. β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field is the minimum requirement; a Master's in Business Administration is preferred. β€’ Strong organizational and strategic thinking capabilities. β€’ Strong growth mindset with a results-driven approach. β€’ Good data analysis and learning ability; proficient in using data analysis tools and operating Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools. β€’ Ability to be data-oriented, explore the essence of problems, and provide sales optimization solutions to responsible customers. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
