Your insights will directly influence marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across diverse channels. On a given day, you will: • Transform marketing data into actionable insights, collaborating with campaign managers, digital marketers, and product teams • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various platforms such as web, email, social media, and CRM systems • Monitor and report on KPIs, marketing campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and Return on Investment (ROI) • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and automated reports for tracking trends and performance metrics • Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis and funnel diagnostics to support personalised marketing strategies • Implement precise tracking methodologies using UTM parameters and pixels • Utilise AI to enhance data interpretation and predictive analytics • Recommend and evaluate A/B testing opportunities to optimise marketing campaigns • Provide analytical insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic campaign planning You may enjoy working with us if you: • Like solving new challenges, as privacy changes make traditional marketing measurement harder • Can balance when to dig deep into data versus delivering quick, practical answers • Enjoy collaborating with different teams and explaining data in a way everyone can act on • Are comfortable defining success and figuring out the right metrics for new campaigns • Want to build tools and processes that help us report and learn faster as we grow We would love to work with you if you: • Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing analytics, martech, or data analysis • Are proficient in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, SPSS, QlikSense, Excel/Google Sheets, and Looker Studio or Tableau • Possess in-depth knowledge of marketing metrics and data visualisation best practices. • Have experience querying large datasets using SQL • Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Are proactive and detail-oriented, with a knack for uncovering actionable insights • Have experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot • Are familiar with Python or R for advanced statistical analysis (is a plus) • Have a background in fintech or e-commerce industries (is a plus) • Have hands-on experience building scalable marketing attribution models (is a plus) Benefits: We pay competitive salaries based on your skills, qualifications, experience and market rates.
