Role description
82DASH is on a mission to help brands collect real, authentic content directly from their customers — turning everyday users into their most powerful marketing asset.
We’re preparing to launch (with a focus on the US) and are now looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Generalist / Manager to take the reins on brand, content, and growth marketing.
Tasks
• Take full ownership of 82DASH’s marketing — from shaping strategy and storytelling to rolling up your sleeves and running scrappy growth experiments.
• Lead with creativity: write, film, design (or delegate) content that cuts through — across blogs, socials, emails, and whatever new format works.
• Use our own product as your playground — launch wild campaigns, test ideas in real time, and grow our Instagram, LinkedIn, and Shorts from the ground up.
• Build and test SEO and paid strategies that don’t just drive traffic — but build real demand and a waitlist of people who can’t wait to try us.
• Create landing pages, onboarding flows, and email journeys that feel personal, compelling, and impossible to ignore.
• Collaborate with the founders, early customers, and community to stress-test our voice, sharpen our story, and turn feedback into firepower.
• Run the content and campaign calendar like a newsroom — tracking momentum, learnings, and what’s genuinely working.
• Dip into whatever’s needed — press kits, decks, launches, or ideas that haven’t been thought of yet. This is your stage.
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or fast-paced startup marketing
- ideally across both content and growth.
• Proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end campaigns - from concept to creation to distribution.
• A sharp visual instinct and creative confidence — especially when it comes to short-form video, brand storytelling, and social-first formats.
• Hands-on experience managing content across multiple channels: blog, email, social, video, and more.
• Strong grasp of brand tone, with the ability to flex messaging across audiences and performance objectives.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting marketing data, engagement metrics, and organic growth levers.
• Independent, curious, and entrepreneurial — thrives in ambiguity and excited to build from scratch.
Bonus Skills
• Experience launching a brand or building marketing from 0 > 1.
• Background in creator marketing, customer content, or community-led growth strategies.
• Skills in video editing (Reels/Shorts), Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools.
• Familiarity with Notion, Webflow, GA4, or other early-stage marketing stacks.
Benefits
• Work directly with founders shaping the brand from day one
• A high-trust, creative-first environment with lots of ownership
• Use your own ideas and campaigns to power growth
• Be part of something early — and help define what great looks like
Next up: two quick creative challenges.
We’ll send you a short form to share your take - nothing too formal, just a chance to show us how you think and create.
We can’t wait to see what you come up with.
