Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in Lehi, UT. Overview: We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to build, scale, and drive the success of our Marketing Services division. This role is perfect for someone who has spent years leading within a marketing agency or similar environment, with hands-on experience delivering high-impact PPC, SEO, paid advertising, and web solutions that generate measurable results. As the owner of the division's P&L, you will be accountable for revenue growth, margin optimization, and operational excellence, while ensuring our services remain best-in-class in strategy, execution, and client experience. Duties Include:
β’ Own and manage the P&L for the Marketing Services division, driving revenue, profitability, and growth
β’ Define and execute the vision and strategy for all services, with emphasis on PPC, SEO, paid advertising, and web development
β’ Continuously evolve and refine service offerings to maximize client impact and business scalability
β’ Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across search, creative, advertising, and web
β’ Oversee multi-channel campaigns designed to deliver measurable ROI for clients
β’ Establish operational systems, processes, and best practices that enable efficiency, scalability, and quality
β’ Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align offerings with client and market needs
β’ Stay current with digital marketing trends, competitive dynamics, and platform innovations to keep services cutting-edge
Requirements
β’ 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership at a marketing agency or equivalent services organization
β’ Demonstrated success in owning a P&L, achieving revenue goals, and improving profitability
β’ Deep expertise in PPC (Google Ads, Bing, paid social), SEO, paid media buying, and website strategy/design
β’ Strong operational acumen - able to create systems, processes, and playbooks that scale profitably
β’ Experience managing cross-functional teams spanning SEO, advertising, creative, and web development
β’ This role calls for a marketing executive who combines agency leadership expertise with a deep understanding of search, advertising, creative, and business management
β’ You've managed teams, scaled offerings, overseen client portfolios, and taken responsibility for the bottom line
β’ Proven client relationship and executive stakeholder management skills
β’ Highly data-driven, with fluency in analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance optimization
β’ Recognized domain expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and multi-channel growth strategies
β’ Operates with urgency and a bias for action, balancing speed with quality
β’ Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and inspire top talent while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
