You'll Need to Bring • 10+ years of marketing experience. Ideally for a lifestyle brand rooted in youth culture that's actually moved the needle, not just maintained status quo. • Retail marketing expertise. You've converted browsers into buyers and understand what makes people reach for the reusable option. • Consumer obsession. You interpret insights like a detective and turn them into strategies that resonate with urban creatives. • Matrix mastery. Comfortable leading projects across teams and departments without losing momentum. • Creative problem-solving. You see challenges as opportunities to disrupt convention. • Strategic and tactical excellence. Happy crafting the big picture and perfecting the details that make it work. • Proper marketing education. Degree in Marketing, CIM qualification, or Marketing Week Mini MBA completion. What You'll Be Doing • Drive growth that matters. Develop integrated marketing strategies across every consumer touchpoint that don't just reach our urban creative consumers—they convert them. • Own our audience evolution. Refine how we connect with our trend-driven, performance-minded, and quality-focused audiences. Turn insights into positioning strategies that cut through the noise. • Lead campaigns that stick. Create content and campaigns across all channels that embody our disruptive, authentic, obsessive nature. No wallpaper campaigns here. • Convert at the point of purchase. Build channel marketing plans that turn browsers into believers, working with our ecommerce, wholesale and distributor teams globally. • Make every pound count. Forecast marketing investment with precision, track spend ruthlessly, and prove ROI that justifies our ambitious vision. • Champion the mission. No guilt-tripping or greenwashing—inspire people to do the right thing. • Manage like a leader. Direct agency relationships and freelance talent.
