established boutique on Madison Avenue in New York City, an e-commerce site, plus top-tier retail partnerships with Net-A-Porter, Isetan and others.
ROLE β BRAND MARKETING MANAGER
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager drives brand desire and intent to purchase across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels, by planning and executing effective 360-degree seasonal marketing campaigns andactivations, targeting direct, indirect customers and loyalists, in line with business ambitions.
This is a pivotal role designed for a strategic, results-driven marketer with a proven luxury background, capable of balancing creativity with commercial rigour. As a key liaison between creative, retail and commercial teams, the ideal candidate will set the strategy while executing flawlessly β leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring junior members, and ensuring all marketing efforts drive revenue growth
REPORTING
This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with all teams throughout the business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
BRAND STRATEGY AND EXECUTION
β’ Partner with the CMO to define the global marketing vision, aligning with wider business objectives.
β’ Lead seasonal campaign planning from concept to execution, ensuring flawless omnichannel rollout.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams developing and leading all marketing and messaging, aligning product focus to seasonal strategy.
β’ Oversee customer segmentation and retention strategies, optimizing acquisition cost and lifetime value.
β’ Conduct post-seasonal analyses, measuring performance and providing insights to inform future
strategies and KPIs
TRADE MARKETING & RETAIL ACTIVATIONS
β’ Develop trade marketing strategies with wholesale partners, working closely with the Senior
Commercial Manager to align marketing with retailer needs and ensure sell-through support
β’ Drive Retail activations, partnering with Boutique Director to deliver a programme of events including
in-store events and clienteling programmes to drive traffic and sales
PERFORMANCE & ANALYTICS
β’ Own marketing KPIs, tracking ROI across campaigns and adjusting strategies in real time.
β’ Present performance insights and results to leadership with actionable recommendations
EDITORIAL & CREATIVE
β’ Develop and oversee high quality content across a variety of media
β’ Research, pitch, build and maintain relationships with creative partners
β’ In collaboration with founder β ideation and production related to lookbooks, campaigns, e-commerce
assets
TEAM LEADERSHIP & AGENCY MANAGEMENT
β’ Mentor junior marketers, fostering growth within the team
β’ Manage PR agency partner, aligning strategy and ensuring deliverables meet brand standards
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
β’ Set, monitor and report on marketing budgets, KPIS and expenses
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
You have experience in luxury or can demonstrate a strong understanding of and passion for the luxury customer, as well as industry dynamics. Exposure to US markets is a must
You have a proven track record of project management, building strategic proposals and the ability to put ideas down on paper in a clear, concise and visually engaging manner
You have exemplary communication skills across visual, written and verbal with a warm and engaging presence
You can rapidly grasp ideas, data and information, translating these into simple, compelling materials such as slides, decks and documents that can be easily understood by a wider audience
You are confident in both curating and creating visuals, being an expert in what βgoodβ content looks like. You deploy a strong sense of aesthetics with attention to detail and taste levels
You prefer working within a fast-paced environment, multitasking and handling multiple projects and
stakeholders in an organised but flexible manner and with the ability to prioritise as needed
You have the ability of being highly organised, strategic and analytical in approach and planning, balanced with creativity in ideation and execution.
