About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead Frank Darling into its next era of growth. You’ll own the marketing strategy end-to-end—across social, content, PR, and partnerships—while managing a small but growing creative team. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who can zoom out to set strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute. Your mission: make sure Frank Darling shows up everywhere—Instagram, TikTok, inboxes, and beyond—with wit, clarity, and undeniable sparkle.
Areas of Ownership
Content Strategy, Copy, Social, Email, PR + Gifting, Celebrity, Influencer, Events, Brand Activations
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Inspire
• Manage, mentor, and grow a creative team with direct reports (3 + 2 agencies) across social, content, and design.
• Partner cross-functionally to execute photo shoots, gifting, and product launch campaigns.
• Own the annual marketing calendar and budget for the above areas of ownership
• Lead creative campaigns and product launches from brainstorm to rollout.
Social & Community
• Scale and evolve strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Drive engagement, awareness, and community with channel-specific content and campaigns.
• Spot and capitalize on cultural and platform trends before they peak.
• Ensure a consistent, on-brand look, feel, and tone across every channel.
Brand & Creative
• Own brand storytelling and ensure our voice is consistent (cheeky but elevated, always).
• Partner with the performance marketing team to deliver creative content across paid, search, social, and affiliate channels.
• Oversee photoshoots, content creation, and asset production (internal and external).
PR, Partnerships & Events
• Manage and collaborate with our PR team.
• Oversee gifting, press appointments, and celebrity partnerships.
• Identify and pitch new brand, influencer, and community partners.
• Execute brand events—from PR activations to influencer gatherings—that amplify awareness and build buzz.
What We’re Looking For
• 4–8 years of marketing experience, with 1–2+ years leading a team.
• Proven track record of growing social channels and building engaged communities.
• Experience scaling a D2C ecommerce brand (fine jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle a plus).
• Strong creative instincts paired with sharp analytical skills—you know when to trust data and when to trust your gut.
• Experience managing direct reports and scaling a team.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling ability—you can make diamonds sound irresistible (not hard, but still).
