Drive the development, implementation and management of the strategic and tactical marketing plans to create consumer demand in the US Market for assigned business segment. Lead a team of integrated marketers and agency partners to achieve goals within the US Marketing plan. How will you create impact? • Create and manage US marketing plans for the assigned brands, including paid, owned and earned marketing strategy, including licensor support • Act as primary marketing liaison and brand expert responsible for orchestrating US marketing plans and engaging in real-time optimizations to drive business results • Share performance insights to internal stakeholders and external partners • Leverage POS data, marketing performance, and competitive insights to drive commercial results across a portfolio of brands. • Manage relationships with external licensor partners and internal franchise teams on marketing plans, budgets, retail support and creative approvals. • Participate in monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual marketing presentations to key partners and leadership • Collaborate with US sales and brand management teams for US Customer specific plans, including retail activations What are your skills and experience? • Consumer product brand and marketing management experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably in children’s toys • College/University degree in Marketing or related field • MBA a plus • Solid understanding of performance marketing, media, ecommerce and commercial strategies and experience managing marketing budgets The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $145,000 to $155,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
