Role description
Mother of all Jobs is exclusively working with a high-growth UK lifestyle brand that’s changing the way households and businesses think about sustainability. They’ve already carved out market leadership in their niche, with a thriving subscription base and fast-growing commercial presence.
This role is about creating a new brand identity that is unforgettable. Our client doesn’t want cookie-cutter marketing or a scattergun approach to growth. They’re looking for a leader who can balance creativity with commercial impact, someone who knows how to turn brand foundations into lasting recognition, loyalty, and credibility.
It’s a chance to be both strategic and hands on. You’ll launch bold campaigns, build smart partnerships, create buzz with events and activations, and drive momentum online. Over time, you’ll also help shape an in-house marketing team around you.
Your responsibilities:
• Setting the tone for all UK marketing activity - brand-first, commercially sharp, and imaginative.
• Designing and delivering campaigns that cut through, whether online, on the street, or in partnership with others.
• Growing both sides of the business: nurturing a loyal consumer base through D2C subscriptions, while establishing authority with commercial and hospitality partners.
• Managing external partners, agencies, creatives, PRs, while making smart use of budgets.
• Overseeing CRM, SEO, social, and digital content with an eye on long-term brand value.
• Laying the path for a future team, starting with junior hires as the business expands.
This role isn’t for everyone. To be considered, you’ll need to have:
• Scaled a UK lifestyle brand from £3m–£4m to £10m+ (essential, with evidence and references to back it up).
• Direct experience in a high-growth business, with the scars and successes that come with scaling.
• A strong marketing network you can call on, agencies, media, influencers, and creatives.
• Comfort moving between strategy and execution, you’re just as happy rolling up your sleeves as leading the vision.
• Experience across both consumer and commercial marketing, ideally including subscriptions and hospitality.
• A commercial mindset, confident with budgets, ROI, and how to turn marketing into growth.
You’ll have the freedom to shape a brand at a pivotal stage, the support of a business with strong foundations and big ambitions, and the opportunity to make your mark in a way that’s visible across households and hospitality venues nationwide. This isn’t just another marketing role. It’s your opportunity to own the story of a brand with purpose and leave a legacy that lasts.
This is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working and genuine flexibility.
