What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Marketing Manager supports key initiatives across the Scotty Cameron Putters division. This includes supporting the Sr. Director, Marketing in the execution of the global go-to-market strategies and ownership of launch kits for Scotty Cameron marketing campaigns, representing the brand as a product/business expert, and playing an ongoing role in partnering with internal stakeholders and global regions on product launches and tactical activation around the brand in partnership with the Titleist Clubs Marketing team.
Responsibilities Include
• Marketing Project Lead: Coordinate and support marketing projects from a process / project management standpoint. Serve as liaison with Titleist Clubs Marketing team on product launches and ongoing marketing projects to ensure timely support of brand marketing initiatives. Project deliverables may include creative asset generation; creation and distribution of physical collateral; key account & retail marketing deliverables (working in partnership with Clubs Sales team and Titleist Clubs marketing team). Balance tactical projects with a strategic mindset, looking at the big picture and how individual projects contribute to the company's objectives.
• Digital Marketing Support: Maintain and refresh website content (front end content management) to ensure it is fresh, current and updated with all new products. Lead other areas of marketing mix inclusive of brand e-learning creation, product customizer product setup, and agency management to drive current and future team strategies and tactics in the digital space.
• Global Marketing, Communications & Support: Coordination and global execution of go-to-market strategies for all Scotty Cameron marketing campaigns. Drive global marketing communications and collaborations, guiding regions marketing teams with strategic insights, tactical recommendations, campaign timelines and distribution of clubs marketing assets to ensure effective, efficient, and cohesive go-to-market activities consistent with Titleist Golf Club core strategies.
• Lead team weekly / monthly reporting function, aggregating key metrics/KPIs into summary reports for management.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business with a focus on sports marketing, marketing management and/or product marketing.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Marketing with experience in sporting goods and/or premium consumer goods.
• Golf experience strongly preferred.
• Golf knowledge and passion for the game required.
• Experience in global marketing, product launches, website project management and content management and expert level presentation skills.
