The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist / Media Buyer who can execute paid marketing campaigns with precision while contributing to overarching marketing strategy. Youβll manage omnichannel ad efforts, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and performance analytics in collaboration with SEO, Product, and Creative teams.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon Ads.
1. 4+ years in paid media buying/performance marketing, with 2+ years in a senior capacity.
1. 4+ years of experience with email marketing using platforms like Klaviyo (or similar ESP) to manage email campaigns with a proven record of increasing e-mail metrics
1. 4+ years of experience in organic marketing platforms and increasing social media metrics including but not limited to Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
1. 3+ years of demonstrated success managing marketing calendars and synchronizing product and promo timelines.
1. 3+ years of experience of running A/B testing for creatives and messaging displayed across all marketing channels, measuring success, and implementation
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
β’ Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Home Depot Ads, Amazon Ads, and ads across emerging platforms.
β’ Ensure performance exceeds ROAS/ACOS, and CPA targets while scaling spend to efficiently increase overall sales
β’ Continuously test and refine ad copy (headlines, body, descriptions) with structured A/B experiments to improve CTR and CVR.
Creative Development & Testing
β’ Partner with the graphics team to secure high-quality images and video assets.
β’ Plan creative A/B tests to optimize performance across platforms.
β’ Translate social and cultural trends into timely ads, posts, and email pushes.
Performance Analytics
β’ Build, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards in Looker Studio (or equivalent BI tools) and Excel/Google Sheets to track campaign performance.
Content Planning
β’ Develop and manage a dynamic Marketing Calendar aligned with product launches, SEO initiatives, and promotions.
β’ Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly planning sessions in collaboration with other members of the E-commerce and Graphics teams to gather insights and generate ideas.
β’ Continuous improvement and updates to the Shopify website while maintaining messaging consistency.
Email Marketing
β’ Implement and oversee email strategies within Klaviyo for continuous improvement optimized for conversions
β’ Align email pushes with ad campaigns and promotions for unified brand messaging.
Organic Social Media
β’ Own the organic social media calendar, deploying content across all channels β Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, & more
β’ Maintain a consistent brand identity across organic and paid media touchpoints.
