What is a day in the life of a Marketplace Manager? • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation for launching brands into new markets • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes • Have a passion for building and automating processes • Be able to self learn and become an expert on what Pattern does • Be willing to be part of a team and goal driven What will I need to thrive in this role? • Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Creative thinker and problem solver • Highly organized and disciplined • Willing to be nimble and often cover additional responsibilities • Able to work well in a team and with a range of creative people • Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively • Able to see other people's points of view and take on critical feedback • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Preferred Qualifications: • Independent, highly motivated, and success driven approach to all activities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment • Experience with omni-channel selling • Masters (or equivalent work experience) in related field • Demonstrated success in managing an e-commerce business • Experience running e-commerce on various platforms What does high performance look like? • You follow through with all assignments in a timely manner • You give 100% to all tasks and projects you are given • You actively comment and participate in group collaborations • You will take full ownership of your projects and follow through to completion • You are detail-oriented and organized What is the team like? • You will work with other Marketplace Managers and be supervised by the Director of Marketplaces. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and with the marketplace business units at Walmart (US, Canada, Mexico), Amazon (Canada, Mexico, Brazil) Target, eBay, Kohls, Macy’s, Mercado Libre and more. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
