The position requires developing, implementing, and refining online marketing strategies across multiple paid media platforms, with paid social (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Snapchat) and paid search (Google). A day in the life of an Orange Trail Media buyer:
β’ Client communication: Meet and discuss business goals with clients, understanding their needs and delivering expectations
β’ Campaign Management: Independently manage and optimize direct response marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, aligning with client success goals.
β’ Data Analysis: Utilize 'marketing maths' to analyze performance data, derive actionable insights, and inform strategic decisions to boost campaign effectiveness.
β’ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Data, and CRO to achieve holistic marketing strategies that support client objectives.
β’ Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, continually enhancing your skills and sharing knowledge with your team.
β’ Reporting: Export data from performance marketing efforts and present them to clients at specific periods of time
Who we're looking for:
β’ At least 3 years of media buying experience, managing online marketing campaigns for paid social clients (Must be able to show previous experience)
β’ Independent, critical thinker who can analyse, diagnose and fix problems to drive results
β’ A self starter who doesn't need someone to hold their hand
β’ Motivated and hungry for results and bonuses
β’ Proficiency in 'marketing maths' and data analysis, with a track record of leveraging insights to drive campaign success
β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and insights clearly to both clients and team members
β’ Must show examples of previous work
