YOU WILL BE: The Sr. Merchandising Analyst, Leased & Marketplace Strategy will serve as a key partner and expert, performance optimization, and long-term strategy of the merchandise concession and marketplace businesses. This individual will act as the central point of coordination across key cross-functional teams including Merchant leadership, Retail Development, Legal, and FP&A, to drive financial transparency, identify growth opportunities, and support decision-making at the enterprise level. In this role, the Sr. Analyst will not only own and maintain the full financial history and current-state performance of the leased business, but will also proactively shape its future through data-driven insights, competitive benchmarking, and scenario modeling. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. This position is in person located in New York, NY with 4 days in office by default (Monday through Thursday), Fridays remote, and with flexibility to manage personal needs as they arise. WHAT YOU WILL DO: β€’ Support business systems and processes supporting the Leased and Marketplace businesses across stores and digital β€’ Partner cross-functionally with Store & Digital Operations, Store Planning, Technology, and Finance to execution and alignment β€’ Act as a point of contact for store teams, supporting day-to-day operations and issue resolution β€’ Assist with onboarding of new brands into Leased and Marketplace models with efficiency and accuracy β€’ Be a key resource in Identifying and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and performance β€’ Perform other duties as assigned to support business β€’ Support strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and ad hoc analysis tied to marketplace and concession growth. WHAT YOU WILL BRING β€’ 3+ years of experience in a merchandising type of role or a strategy/project type of function in a high growth, fast-paced environment β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience β€’ Experience in the luxury fashion sector β€’ Experience with luxury eCommerce preferred β€’ Project management experience β€’ Strong communication skills β€’ Strong analytical skills β€’ Ability to excel in a demanding environment with multiple priorities β€’ High attention to detail and organizational skills, especially during periods of business transition.
