The Sr. National Account Manager, eCommerce will act as the general manager of our Amazon business, owning a $30–$60M portfolio. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, financial acumen, and hands-on account management to drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of eCommerce, particularly Amazon, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver results.

What will your day look like?
Account Management
• Serve as the primary owner of the Amazon account, managing day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy.
• Lead weekly Amazon PO reviews, track cuts and actions, and provide summaries to leadership.
• Manage trade spend in coordination with the eCommerce Manager.
• Partner with outside agencies to maximize sales, share, and digital media performance (Search/DSP).
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with Amazon (beyond SVS).
Strategic Planning & Vision
• Develop and execute the Amazon Growth Plan (OGSM framework).
• Create annual strategies across 20+ categories, including promotional product plans (Coupons, Deals, Tentpole Events).
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital eCommerce Marketing to align promotional activity.
• Partner with Finance and Trade Marketing to identify opportunities, manage the P&L, and ensure accretive activities.
• Provide deep insights into POS data, category performance, competitive actions, and market dynamics.
Financial Responsibility
• Own financial reporting, including shipments, POS, forecasts, and demand planning.
• Lead trade spend management and provide visibility into spend effectiveness.
• Manage the Amazon P&L, ensuring profitable growth and budget alignment.
• Deliver reporting on prior year performance, sales calls, and trade spend activity.
• Act as the “one-stop-shop” for financial business insights related to Amazon.
• Utilize advanced Excel, OBI, and database tools to analyze large data sets and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
• Bachelor’s degree required (BS/BA).
• 3–6 years of direct Amazon account management experience.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including POS data, forecasting, and trade spend management.
• Proficiency in Excel, OBI, and large dataset manipulation.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams; people management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong strategic thinking with proven success in developing and executing eCommerce growth strategies.
