About The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be the senior point of contact for THG, managing all commercial and operational aspects of this critical account. You will also lead our professional channel distributor, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy. While there are no direct reports in this role, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to deliver seamless execution across channels. In More Detail, Your Role Will Include: Account Management & Strategy: • Develop and execute a strategic Joint Business Plan (JBP) for THG to achieve commercial and marketing objectives. • Analyse sales data, identify trends, forecast demand, and optimise listings and promotions on THG platforms. • Conduct regular business reviews with THG, presenting insights and recommendations to drive growth. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives. Professional Channel & Distributor Management: • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our professional distributor. • Set and monitor annual sales targets, marketing activity, and performance metrics. • Provide product training, marketing support, and sales tools to empower distributor teams. • Develop new business initiatives and sales programmes to drive growth in the professional channel. Commercial Acumen & Project Management: • Take full ownership of the P&L for THG and the professional channel, maximising profitability. • Lead complex commercial negotiations, securing favourable terms and placements. • Proactively identify and resolve operational or commercial issues. • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and inventory guidance to minimise stockouts and overstocks. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Contribute to the broader B2B sales strategy and share best practices across the team. • Influence internal teams to champion the needs of THG and professional channels. • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
