Context and Scope
The Senior National Account Manager - Marketplace will sit in the UK ECommerce team and will need to build strong, strategic & action orientated relationship with our reseller and wider stakeholders to enable the acceleration of our Marketplace ambition. They will be adept at making the complex simple as we pioneer into new spaces and will be brilliant at communicating at all levels to bring the organisation along with them on this journey.

What are we looking for?
β’ Marketplace Reseller Expert β ideally FMCG experience
β’ Highly numerate and analytical, with strong communication and influencing skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
β’ Delivery of the combined first year revenue ambition & set up for Y2+
β’ Ownership of the reseller P&L and appropriate trade and marketing budgets for the UK Market
β’ Creation & deployment of activation plans alongside the reseller and 1P Amazon
β’ Responsible for building and deploying our βAmazon & Beyond' Marketplace strategy
β’ Supporting the development of the UK Portfolio Pipeline for Marketplace.
β’ Define and own the UK Operating model working with the regional teams
β’ Supporting the Emerging Channels Lead & Regional Portfolio Teams with the development of the portfolio pipeline for Marketplace selling.
β’ Build a Test and Learn plan to execute and documenting our learnings to βTest, Learn, Pivotβ
