In the coming years, we will continue to expand the PROfeel® brand by opening new markets and investing in the sales growth of existing markets. To help us do this we’re seeking a commercially astute and growth-driven Senior NAM to drive both the strategic development of existing top-tier retail accounts and the acquisition of new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland. This role will also be responsible for managing distributor relationships and developing new channel partnerships to fuel our ambition for fast and profitable category leadership in high-protein dairy. Key Responsibilities • Lead full P&L ownership of key UK and Irish grocery, convenience, and e-commerce accounts • Identify, pitch, and secure new retail, wholesale, and out-of-home customers in alignment with brand strategy • Develop and execute tailored Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with priority accounts to deliver volume, revenue, and brand KPIs • Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with distributors and third-party partners, ensuring alignment and accountability on growth targets • Utilise market, category, and shopper insight to craft compelling propositions across retail and emerging channels • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to execute NPD launches and commercial programmes • Drive customer-level promotional strategy and demand planning accuracy to optimise stock availability and ROI • Be an active collaborator within the wider team to embed best practice and commercial excellence Candidate Profile • Proven track record in senior account management within FMCG, ideally with experience in chilled, dairy, or health-focused products • Demonstrated success opening new accounts and developing untapped revenue streams • Experienced in managing and developing distributor networks across UK and/or Ireland • Data-led decision-maker with strong negotiation and storytelling capabilities • Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, from board level through to frontline activation What Success Looks Like • Step-change in revenue, margin, and distribution within existing and new retail channels • Distributor and partner network delivering measurable volume and brand equity growth • Track record of listing wins, successful product launches, and JBP execution • Commercial rigour combined with creative, nimble growth execution What we offer you At PROfeel®, you’ll join a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand with the backing of Valio and the agility of a scale-up.
